The PR Guru website (“Website”) is owned and operated by JMM Communications Pty Ltd ACN 53 007 061 556 of Level 1, 23 Cardigan Place, Albert Park, Victoria, 3206.
2. Website Subscription
In order to access and use certain services and areas of the Website, a user may be required to complete the online registration form. A user is required to give his/her full name, e-mail address, address and a contact phone number. We will use this information to a) create a unique record to identify the user as a member for our systems b) to contact the member about payment and verification of their subscription c) to contact the member about the services offered by the Website d) and otherwise as described below.
3. Your Privacy
PR Guru will use your personally identifiable information only for the purpose of responding to and fulfilling your requests for our products and services. Information collected by PR Guru may be used to purchase PR Guru products and services. We may also contact you about your press release service for the purposes of understanding your satisfaction with the service.

Occasionally we may offer registered users, site visitors or newsletter recipients an opportunity to participate in a survey, promotion or competition. Personally identifiable information collected by PR Guru when you participate in a survey, promotion or competition may include your full name, email address, telephone number and street address. When registering with the Website, you have the ability to opt-out of receiving promotional material from third parties. You can also, at any time after registration, choose to opt-out by logging into your subscription account and selecting this option. Promotional emails will also carry an unsubscribe function.

PR Guru does not keep any user credit card details. The Website uses secure payment gateways to perform secure online credit card transactions and as such all credit card details are entered within these providers’ sites and not on the Website.

Like most standard web site servers we use log files. These files include internet protocol (“IP”) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (“ISP”), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks. We use log files to analyse trends, administer the Website, track users’ movement in the aggregate and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. Information in log files is not linked to any personal identifiers, except where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or abuse of the web site and associated systems.
We may also use third party analytical software and services that do not store personal information.
9. Updating personal information and other queries
Registered users of the Website have the ability to change and modify information that has been previously provided, this can be done by logging in to your subscription account and editing or deleting your profile.
Any complaints are investigated as appropriate. The fact that a complaint was made may be recorded and details about the complaint may be stored in case of future complaints.
